| Mike and Pat Watkins are nationally known speakers and have shared their knowledge with thousands. Their penchant for goal setting and personal motivation has helped the Mike Watkins Real Estate Group become one of the top real estate groups in America. Their yearly sales helps rank them in the top 100 nationally every year by Realtor Magazine. Both Mike and Pat are instructors at the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute held throughout the state of Indiana and have spoken for Howard Brinton's Star Power Annual Conference.

| Mike has a unique background, which adds to his repertoire. He was a very successful college athlete, high school teacher, and coach. At age 29 he was a college Dean of Students, becoming one of the youngest ever in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Indianapolis, and a Masters Degree from Butler University. He also holds real estate designations from Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
Patrick is also a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design and marketing. He has spoken nationally at Howard Brinton’s National Real Estate Conferences. Pat has been on Mike’s team since 1995 and is currently managing the buyer department.
