| How It Works: |
| You and/or your builder calls Guaranteed Properties Inc. exclusive representative, Mike Watkins, at Mike Watkins Real Estate Group 317-882-6453. Your home must not presently be listed for sale to qualify for the program. Mike Watkins does a market analysis on your property. Mike Watkins presents the market analysis and other information to Guaranteed Properties Inc. to determine if the home qualifies for the program. If your home qualifies, Mike Watkins meets with you to give you the market analysis and the guaranteed sale price. If the guaranteed price is accepted by you, the Listing Agreement and Guarantee Purchase Agreement will be presented to you for your signature. Mike Watkins will begin marketing your home at the agreed upon listing price.
