Documents Needed For Home Pre-Approval
Get the buying process started early by getting pre-approved to buy a home. I have many reputable lenders that I work with on the Southside and can provide some recommendations. I strongly suggest that you get the pre-approval process done before you look at houses so you are condsidered a "cash buyer," know your montly house payment budget and know all the costs and fees associated with buying a home. The only thing that will be left to do is find the perfect house!
You will need the following items to get pre-approved:
- Most recent paystub
- Last 2 months of all bank statements including checking and savings accounts
- Driver's License
- Proof of any alimony payment
- The last two years of tax returns
