Well to start...I am tired of "Winter!" I hope that this is the last storm of the year! One can only hope, right!!! As far as the market is concerned, we are busy and then the weather hits and we slow down again. I think we are going to see a good market once we can get up above 40 degrees and have some sunshine. We are busy putting some new systems in place to get our listings more exposures and to interact with potential buyers as soon as they come to Mike Watkins Real Estate Group.

I also wanted to congratulate, my son, Pat Watkins for passing the Real Estate Brokers class last week and State Exam yesterday.
