Finally a spark of good news! According to msnbc.com, builders broke ground on more new homes last month. The Commerce Department stated Tuesday that home construction rose 7.2% in March from February to a seasonally adjusted 549,000 units nationally. Building permits also rose 11.2% after hitting a five-decade low in February.  The Midwest saw the largest increase in home construction activity with an increase of 32.3%. Let’s hope this trend continues!
