I was just informed this morning that Homes.com which we syndicate our listings to has just released an application for most phones in the market. You can now search our listings from your car. Technology is growing at a record pace...what will they think of next!

The market has softened in the last two months and now the media is talking about another stimulus which has put buyers on their heels. I am hearing on the street that buyers want to see if they are going to get free money like before. Congress is not talking about the stimulus but the media is. I have not heard from a reliable source that Congress is going to bring out another stimulus. I do however feel rates have a shot at lowering even more and could end up in the high 3% range before it is all over.
