We are on fire despite the weather. Last Saturday was crazy and we had 4 of us showing houses all day. We got an offer done on Saturday and wrote 2 yesterday. The listing calls are coming in and we have been out with buyers everyday for over a week now. Pat Watkins was in 48 houses between Friday afternoon and close of business Saturday!
