A little positive news for home owners! According to the Metropolitan Board of Realtors, buyer activity is down, but the average sales price of homes are up.  The average sale price during the past six months (May-October 2010) increased 6.6%, while the past 12 months (November 2009-October 2010) saw an increase of 6.7% when compared to the same time periods in 2009. October 2010 alone showed a 9.9% increase over October 2009.
