Great news! According to the Metropolitan Board of Realtors, September signaled strong home sale prices with both average and median sale prices on the rise. Comparing July through September of 2009 to the same three months in 2010, the average sale price of homes in central Indiana increased 6.9% to $157,747. 

Rates are still incredibly low, ranging in the low 4's. 1 point had rates in the high 3's last week. Take advantage of the rates while you can. They won't be this low forever!
