I have to tell you that the last few weeks have been "CRAZY GOOD!" We have been on fire. We are listing homes daily, working with a lot of buyers, a builder friend of ours is pricing 5-6 homes and another one Saturday and we have 4 houses closing tomorrow that were from December sales.

The market inventory is still down but the buyers are out looking for homes. Interest Rates are still under 5% and gas prices are back down. We are very fortunate and greatfull for the wonderful start to 2011. Thanks to all of our existing clients and new clients for their trust and faith in us. We are working hard and beating the streets.

That's all I have time for now because I am running out on another appointment!
