Mike Watkins
President/Owner
Mike has created one of the top real estate teams in North America. Mike’s high energy level, enthusiasm, and love of people makes him one of the top
Realtors in the United States. Mike graduated from Greenfield High School, University of Indianapolis & Butler University. Mike has excelled in wrestling, coaching, teaching and especially real estate. Outside his grueling work schedule, he always makes time to golf with his sons.
Dale Field
Vice President
Dale is an integral part of the MWREG team, whose worked with Mike since 1992. He is a graduate of Beech Grove High School & Vincennes University. Dale successfully negotiates inspections and offers while overseeing daily
operations. When he is not in the office you can probably assume he’s gone bass fishing.
Patrick Watkins
Pat brings with him a Bachelor of Science from the University of
Indianapolis and is a Center Grove alum. He has the enthusiasm and
knowledge to successfully perform a high volume of real estate transactions. Pat has grown up around the business and has been with the team full time since 1995. After helping his wife chase their two young children around, he always tries to find time to tee it up.
Priscilla Ferguson
Priscilla is the “hub” of the MWREG and has been with the team since 1995. She manages our office and coordinates many other activities for our active real estate practice. Her love of people and infectious “it’s my pleasure” attitude bring a smile to all those she comes in contact with. Priscilla is a graduate of Aurora High School and Indiana State University. She loves her dog Sophie and singing in her church choir.
Chris Watkins
Chris brings with him an Associates of Science and a Bachelor of Science in
Construction Management from IUPUI. He is also an alum of Roncalli High School. Since joining the team full time, Chris has worked as a Buyer
Specialist and New Construction Liaison. Chris’ passion lies on the golf course. He hits the ball a long way!
Bob Puckett
Bob joined the team in May 2005. He specializes in listing homes, assists with buyers and negotiations and keeps clients up-to-date on any information that is important to the the sale of their home. Bob graduated from Franklin Central High School, however if you knew him then, you may not recognize him without the fro. When not working, Bob enjoys the grandkids, boating and fishing.
Debbie Rademacher
Debbie became part of the Mike Watkins Real Estate Group in April 2005. She handles all the financial matters for the office, or “penny pinching” as she refers to it. Debbie is a lifelong Southside resident and a graduate of Roncalli High School. Debbie loves shopping and playing cards.
Ben joined the team in March of 2007. Ben produces all of our marketing material which include print and internet. Ben is a graduate of Center Grove High School and Franklin College. Ben also loves to play golf, play/watch baseball and go boating and skiing.
